Maintenance requirements
Since the ID Law Survey is a joint effort, several people (to be designated by the IDLS co-ordinator) should be able to update the ID Law database remotely after a login procedure. They must be able to modify contents of existing records, add new records, and change the name of or add new countries, categories and subcategories.
